Summer is coming to an end, it's silaging time in the peaceful french countryside. As two farmers are harvesting corn, two young brothers (8 and 12 years old) are living all alone in their big house. Although they're only forbidden to go upstairs.
Simon Helloco is a French director and photographer born in Central Brittany in 1992. He arrived in Paris in 2014 and directed his first short film 'Des Gens Géniaux' in 2016. Then he directed in 2017 his second self-produced short film 'Quand la ville dort' with the participation of Valérie Donzelli in voice-over. He was co-director of MyFrenchFilmFestival and editor at UniFrance for 4 years, for whom he directed the trailers of French film festivals abroad. Passionate about photography, and self-taught, Simon realized many street portraits with film and exhibited some of his work at the Grands Voisins. He is now a freelance editor and works occasionally for ACID, Emmaüs France, Cinetek, UniFrance and the Cinémathèque.
