Ana is a 15-year-old girl who does not feel loved by her parents. After failing to win first prize in the school's animal drawing contest, his outraged father, a lawyer by profession, will sue the drawing teacher for fraud in the verdict, causing Ana great humiliation.
César Tormo (Valencia, Spain, 06/01/1968). He got his Fine Arts degree from the San Carlos College – University of Valencia. After a few years dedicated to the world of comics and children’s illustration, he graduated in Drama Performing Art at ESAC (Actor’s School of Valencia). He has worked as an actor in several plays, TV series and feature films. He also has music studies carried out at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Valencia and he was a singer and songwriter for the pop group Los Magnéticos during the 90’s. He is currently studying Filmmaking at ECAM (Madrid Film and Audiovisual School). 'Thoroughbred' ('Purasangre') is his fifth short film as a writer and director, after 'Confined' (2020), 'Twins' (2020), 'Chorus' (2017) and 'Science Fiction' (2013).
